• Select a digital photo from your collection. We accept these formats jpeg, gif or psd files. For the best results, please send (as an attachment) the largest resolution of your image possible. We review each picture for quality and size before we confirm your order.
  
• Attach your image to an email. Email it to service@jigzoneshop.com add your name, address and details of the puzzle you have ordered.
  
• Make the purchase by completing the Checkout Process at www.jigzoneshop.com.
  
• Receive your custom made to order puzzle within 10 days. International orders must add on the shipping days quoted in their order confirmation.
