Customer satisfaction is our No 1 goal here at JigZoneShop. As such we have revised our Returns policy to better reflect our commitment.  To return an item, please contact JigZoneShop.

You will be allocated an Return number. Please ensure you do not return any items without a Return number.

Our normal returns guidelines are as follows, however we are prepared to review each case depending on circumstances. 

1.      The following are subject to full refund of both the item price and the shipping fees.

a.       Items received damaged during shipping.

b.      Shipping of incorrect items. (Mistake on our part)

c.       JigZoneShop is unable to fill your order.

d.      Any reasons that can be wholly attributed to an error made by JigZoneShop

Change of mind

You may return new, unopened items sold within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. 
JigZoneShop does not charge a restocking fee.


International Customers
International, (non-US) customers must please pay particular attention to the returns policy. You can be subject to very high shipping charges, especially if you try to return an item quickly. Please comtact us via email.
